1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our Site at vertigleam.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

2. Services and Proposals

VertiGleam provides high-rise window cleaning and facade maintenance services. All services to be rendered are detailed in a formal, written proposal provided to the client. This proposal will outline the scope of work, timeline, and cost. Work will only commence upon written approval of the proposal by the client. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide safe and clear access to all necessary areas of the property. The client is responsible for notifying any tenants or residents of the scheduled work. The client must ensure that all water and electrical sources required for the work are in good working order and available for our use.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the formal proposal. Typically, a deposit may be required for large projects. The final balance is due upon completion of the work as specified in the proposal. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VertiGleam or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VertiGleam's website, even if VertiGleam or a VertiGleam authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Our liability for any and all claims arising out of our services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered under the specific proposal in question.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VertiGleam LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Site or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. The client may cancel a scheduled service with at least 48 hours' notice, though cancellation fees may apply as detailed in the proposal.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which VertiGleam's primary office is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
